No Recall on Bimbo Canada Bread

Description:

The ‘Blog Toronto’ website (https://blog-toronto.com/health-canada-is-recalling-multiple-brands-of-bread-in-toronto-due-to-pieces-of-glass/) is claiming that there is a recall of Bimbo Canada’s Dempster’s, Villaggio, and Ben’s Xtra Soft bread products.  This information is not correct.  There is no recall of any Bimbo Canada products at this time.    

Bimbo Canada places a premium on producing the highest-quality of products.  For more information on active recalls, please visit www.inspection.gc.ca or www.healthycanadians.gc.ca

Look for the UPC number below the bar code on the package.
The format of a code date on a product may vary as you may find a best before date or a production code date. Please provide us with the complete string of numbers / letters that you see on the package. Some examples are 2014 JN 07, AU 12 2303, 090320A, 2401250A13:30.
